Gate Recycling iOS App Privacy Policy

Gate Recycling, SL (“Gate Recycling”, “Gate”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information processed through the Gate Recycling mobile application for iOS (the “App”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use the App, how and why that information is used, when it may be shared with service providers, how long it may be retained, and the privacy rights available to you.
The Gate Recycling App provides recycling-related tools and services, including access to electronic-component and converter catalogs, material information, calculated and live values, favorites, recycling lots, account features, support services, and related business functionality.

These identifiers may be linked to your account where necessary to provide App functionality.
We do not use the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA) for behavioral advertising or cross-app tracking.

The App may request access to your location when you choose features that require it, such as selecting or completing an address.

Precise location may be associated with your account when you choose to save an address.
Location information is used for App Functionality, such as helping complete or manage addresses.

4. Photos, Images, and Uploaded Content
If you choose to use features that involve images or files, the App may access or receive:

- Images selected from your photo library

We only access this content when you use a feature that requires it or grant the relevant iOS permission.
Uploaded content may be associated with your account when necessary to provide the requested feature.

Commercial arrangements between Gate Recycling and business customers may also be governed by separate business agreements.

- Your Gate user ID when the notification token is associated with a logged-in account

Information displayed in the App is intended to support recycling and business decisions.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement, displayed values do not constitute a guaranteed purchase price, guaranteed sale price, or binding commercial offer.

The Gate Recycling App is primarily intended for business, professional, commercial, and recycling-related use.
The App is not specifically directed to young children.
